Registration
This form must be completed each year that your child is enrolled in the Family Faith program.
Fee tuition may be paid online through Faith Direct before classes begin, or you may bring a check payable to the Church of St. Francis Xavier on the first day of class.
Tuition: $300 for your first child and $100 for each of your other children. $80 per family to cover the snacks.
Sacramental fee: $50 if your child receives communion or confirmation this year.

May 31, 2025 COMMUNION RETREAT AND REHEARSAL (Mary Chapel 10 am to 12 – West Room 12 to 12:45 pm Lunch – 12:45 pm to 2:30 pm Main Church)
June 1, 2025 First Holy Communions 9 am Mass with communion cake at the Mary Chapel after Mass
June 7, 2025 CONFIRMATION RETREAT AND REHEARSAL (Main Church 10 am to 12 Rehearsal – Mary Chapel 12 pm to 1 pm Lunch and Reconciliation service – Confessions 1 pm to 2 pm – Mary Chapel 2 pm to 3 pm)
June 8, 2025 Confirmation ceremony at 9 am Mass with confirmation cake at the Mary Chapel after Mass
